Courier Delivery: If the required medicines are only available at a pharmacy located far from the delivery location, the order will be shipped via a trusted courier service.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Nearby Partner Pharmacy Delivery: Within 7 Days (subject to availability and distance).
Courier Delivery: Typically within 10-15 days, depending on the delivery location and shipping partner.
3. Shipping Charges
Sales Executive Delivery: May have a nominal fee based on distance and order value.
Courier Delivery: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Customers will receive real-time updates on order status, including tracking details for courier shipments.
5. Delivery Restrictions
Orders may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, regulatory restrictions, or stock unavailability.
